Exchanges/Returns

Items can be returned for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided that a valid Return Authorization is obtained within 20 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Items must be in the original packaging, and the receipt must be included. Any returns received without a receipt will only be eligible for store credit for the amount at which the returned merchandise is currently selling. Any used or damaged merchandise shipped to MyTennisStore.com will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Please contact our Customer Service Department to receive an RA number which must be clearly visible on the outside of your package. Authorized returns will be credited your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. In addition, it is helpful to return merchandise via UPS or FedEx in the event a shipment is lost or delayed. If your order is incorrect or your merchandise is defective, please email us at tennisstore@hotmail.com. To exchange an item, please call or email us and place your order directly. Exchanges can be made for merchandise or store credit. Your new order will be processed immediately and shipped via standard shipping at no additional shipping/handling charges.

Certain sale products (example: Cheap Shots Sale and/or 40% off merchandise) are final sale only; and these items may not be returned to MyTennisStore.com. These items are noted on the website as being final sale items, and any returns of these items will not be credited to the customer's account.

Returned orders which had previously qualified for free shipping privileges (excluding MatchPoints Customers) will have $6.95 deducted from their credit. Returned orders which were placed as part of a free shipping promotional are excluded from this policy.

Returns in excess of $150 will automatically be flagged for review; and therefore, a credit may be delayed. In the event an account is noted for excessive returns, future credits may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%; and ordering privileges may be suspended. Any return which had previously qualified for free shipping privileges (in excess of $75), may have the $6.95 shipping charge added back if appropriate. Please ask your Customer Service Representative when requesting an RA for orders in excess of $150.

Coupons and Matchpoints discounts are considered as a sales price discount. Coupons and other discount information must be presented and redeemed at the time of purchase. Coupons and other discounts cannot be redeemed after a sale or at later date.

Team orders which have been specially ordered from the manufacturer may be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. As a result, it's very important to make sure your style, color, and size selections are accurate.

If your order was placed online, please log into Your Account to check the status of a return or exchange. Keep in mind that all exchange and return transactions typically take from two to four weeks to complete. Please allow one to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement.
