How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase and feel your best!

Items can be returned for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Items must be in the original packaging, and the receipt must be included or order number referenced. Any used or damaged merchandise shipped to My Tennis Store will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. *Please note: If we have provided you with a standard return shipping label, please use the appropriate return packaging to ship your items. Additional charges may be incurred if your return items are shipped back to us improperly in "express" or "overnight" packaging. At any time you can log into your account for detailed information on returns, print an invoice,etc. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Dept if you have any additional questions regarding returns or exchanges. Authorized returns for merchandise only will be credited your original payment method of payment. In addition, it can be helpful to return merchandise with a tracking number in the event a shipment is lost or delayed. , please call or email us and for assistance in placing your order directly. Exchanges can be made for merchandise only and we are happy to email you a free return shipping label. Your new order will be processed and shipped via standard shipping at no additional shipping/handling charges. Please note that we can offer free exchange shipping/handling on standard domestic orders only.

Certain sale products are final sale only; these items may not be returned to These items are noted on the website as being final sale items, and any returns of these items will not be credited to the customer's account. Sale Items not labeled as Final Sale are eligible for exchange or return unless otherwise stated.

Returned orders
requesting full refund (returning ALL items purchased) in the original form of payment will be responsible for return shipping costs. Partially returned orders or returned orders which were placed as part of a free return shipping promotional are generally excluded from this policy. Please Contact us directly for your return shipping label and/or questions regarding your return. *Refunds exclude original shipping charges paid by customer.

Coupon code, Smashprice & Matchpoints discounts are considered as a sales price discount. Coupons and/or other discount information must be presented and redeemed at the time of purchase. Coupons and other discounts cannot be redeemed after a sale or at later date. During a "Stocking Up of 5 items or More" promotion, those 5 items must be purchased and kept in order to receive the $10 off promo coupon.

International customers will receive a shipping quote via email regarding shipping costs after an order has been placed. Upon shipping outside the U.S., any and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient/customer. Please check with your local customs office regarding these costs and policies. My Tennis Store is not responsible for these costs.

Team orders which have been specially ordered from the manufacturer may be returned subject to a 30% restocking fee. As a result, it's very important to make sure your style, color, and size selections are accurate.
